We donated $50,000 to the Family Crisis Center of Baltimore County, MD. The Family Crisis Center of Baltimore County, now in its 41st year of operation, helps to support families impacted by domestic violence.
Executive Director Amie E. Post, MA, LCMFT (pictured), said, “We help families get and stay safe, and prevent and interrupt cycles of
domestic violence. Each year we serve about 3,500 people, and provide an emergency safe shelter for any victim fleeing their home due to violence.
“In the last 18 months, we rolled out a follow up program to keep people engaged after the shelter so that they don’t have to jump back into these cycles of domestic violence. And especially in the last couple of months we have seen an increase in the support we provide to families. Thank you for your generous donation. It is cool to stand with you to make a difference in the lives of others and to help them be safe,” added Amie.
Co-Founder of RagingBull, Jeff Bishop, said, “We really want to be a big part of the communities where our employees live. Organizations like The Family Crisis Center are working hard to improve the lives of so many people in their local communities, and we want to help them. Most importantly, though, I would love to see everyone in the RagingBull community give at least something to these kinds of inspiring organizations.”
